Destructive silence swarms around our ears,
It swings and trembles. Hanging by a lofty chain
The tongue begins to swell, clogging up the throat.
Whisper and it shatters.
Keep still for yesterday has begun again,
And worry, for contrite hours pass unnoticed.
Hear the rhythm eating down the merry watch.
I fall asleep waking up.
